Sappho’s Legacy was composed for Marseille – Cultural Capitol of Europe 2013 and premiered at the Opera of Marseille by Musicatreize, L’Itinériare, Proxima Centauri and twelve local choirs.

Vicinities is a bassoon concerto composed for Fredrik Ekdahl. Commissioned and premiered by the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by Daniel Harding.

(2008) Recorder and Orchestra
Arches is a recorder concerto composed for Anna Petrini. Commissioned and premiered by Jönköping Sinfonietta and Anna Petrini, conducted by Andreas Hanson 6/4 2008.
Residues
(2006) Orchestra and Laporte instruments (new version 2012 for only Symphony Orchestra)
Residues was commisioned by the Swedish Radio SRP2 and premiered by the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Jean-François Laporte, conducted by Niklas Willén 18/2 2006. The ”Bols” and ”Tu-yos” used in the piece are acoustical instruments invented by Jean-François Laporte. Residues was released on the portrait-cd ”Residues” by SR Records in 2006. Revised in 2012 for Symphony Orchestra without the Laporte instrument.
Moirai
(2006) Percussion and Orchestra
Moirai is a percussion concerto for composed for Mika Takehara. Commissioned and premiered by Västerås Sinfonietta and Mika Takehara, conducted by Hannu Koivula 15/3 2006.
Arv
(2005) Orchestra
Arv was commissioned by Trondheim Symphony Orchestra and premiered by them under conductor Eivind Aadland 27/1 2005. Arv has also been performed by BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra conducted by Baldur Brönnimann and was released on the portrait-cd ”Residues” by SR Records in 2006.
Double Concerto
(2003) Violin, Cello and Orchestra
Double Concerto for Violin, Cello and Orchestra was commissioned and premiered by Västerås Sinfonietta with the orchestras concert master Daniel Frankel and solo cellist Åsa Åkerberg as soloists, conducted by Eivind Aadland 10/4 2003. The Double Concerto was chosen as a ”Recommended work” at UNESCOs Rostrum for composers 2005. The Double Concerto was released on the portrait-cd ”Residues” by SR Records in 2006.
Sleep now in the fire
(2001) Alto sax and Orchestra
“sleep now in the fire” is a Saxophone Concerto composed for Rolf-Erik Nystrøm who has performed it several times, for instance with the Basel Symphony Orchestra at ISCM 2004 and with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra in 2002. sleep now in the fire was released on the portrait-cd ”Residues” by SR Records in 2006.
